With a background in real estate and hands-on experience in staging and property management, Jonathan understands what makes a short-term rental succeed. After partnering with a staging company in Austin, he moved to Florida—returning to the same coastal area where he spent his childhood vacations. That personal connection to the region continues to inform his design sensibility today.  

 

He combines market-savvy strategy with a relaxed, welcoming aesthetic. While each home is tailored to the client and the property’s unique personality, he occasionally incorporates curated vintage pieces that nod to “Old Florida” charm and the sense of wonder he felt growing up.
