Discovery
Schedule a free 15-minute call to see if we're a good fit. We'll chat through your style, vision, budget, time frame, and whether renovations are involved.

Walkthrough
An on site assessment of the space reveals the opportunities for improvement in flow and function. We'll discuss your vision and needs.

Proposal
We'll walk you through our design direction with a moodboard and mockups of the space. We'll outline the scope of work, including the level of support needed for execution.

Design & Shopping List
Next, it's time for the good stuff—with your feedback and alignment on the proposal, we create your design complete with furniture, lighting, decor, plants, and personal touches with guests in mind. One round of design revisions is included. If you're a DIYer, this is where we hand off your shopping list.

Execution
For full service clients, we'll build a schedule of work to coordinate vendors and implement your rental transformation. Once work is complete, the final step is styling and prep for your photo shoot. We highly recommend DIYers opt into the photo shoot styling for best results.
